This means that Algiz can guard one from physical harm while also being able to guard one from those who mean to harm us psychologically. Algiz can be worn for general protection or if you are going into a situation where you expect danger may be present. Algiz can also be helpful to carry when anticipating interaction with those who may cause emotional damage.

In addition to being a powerful defense rune, Algiz is also strongly associated with divine connection (whtie). Algiz can be great to carry with you when wanting to keep connection with your god(s)/higher power. It is also a wonderful rune to place in your altar space to meditate upon to connect with your god(s)/higher power.

The idea behind this painting was to create something that looked like a portal to the divine. The contrast between the black and white truly pulls you in as if your gods or higher power are calling to you. With that in mind, this piece could serve as a great meditation tool to help connect with your divine power.

All pieces are finished with an acrylic varnish for shine and protection. 8x8in pieces are installed with hanging wire for easy hanging.
